Congrats to Cody and Abby on their Cotton Dock Wedding this past weekend!  In her speech, Melissa (Abby’s Maid of Honor), talked about how amazing she is at movie quotes.  So it’s no surprise she can recite dozens of lines from “The Notebook”.  And like many of us, this movie is one of the reasons we all fell in love with the cotton dock.  Cody and Abby were so blessed to say their marriage vows under these majestic oaks.  Abby and Cody wanted a classic lowcountry wedding and this is definitely what got along with all the romance that Boone Hall has to offer.  The day was relaxed and upbeat and guests enjoyed a perfect sunset as the celebrated the night at the Cotton Dock.  Tassia from Beautiful Brides did an amazing job of creating the elegance that Abby desired for her reception space, and Ann from the Purple Magnolia did an incredible floral design with lush greenery and blush garden roses.  The blush bridesmaid dresses were complemented by the gold sequin maid of honor dress, which tied together the gold accents in the wedding day design. Of course one of my favorite elements of this wedding day was Abby’s two piece blush wedding gown!  This is my dream wedding dress and Abby was beyond stunning in it!  It was all just perfection!  Of course my absolutely favorite part of Abby and Cody’s wedding was her father’s speech.  His words were the sweetest sentiments a father could express to his daughter. I could not be happier for this sweet couple! Congrats guys!
